below is my list of upanyasams (discourses), articles which had greated impact to my life, from changing me in and out. these are basics, most of puranas and kathai's only... but slowly these embed and gets into the mindset, thinking, attitude and helps to lead a understanding and most wanted helping life ahead.
these are some repeated, basic to intermediate level beginner people like, not touching the much deeper thoughts or more vedantic or concentrated topics... but very helpful consolidated list for anybody to start.
the only habit from the start i maintained is take notes of all the points, i noticed in the audio, video or even at movies like - valued habits, dialogues, slokas, situation and handling method, characters etc... as i can pause and play, i took enough short notes to revise that entire time. either in my email (self sending to me) or in a physical rough note, etc. if some upanyasams are of sapthaaham ie 7 days or X days vratham contents like baagavatham... i strictly complete it by continuous days for these kind to enjoy the blessings of the talks...
apart from reading/hearing/notes/ of bagavad gita upanysam , from various peoples many times...
the red bold topics are the very impacted to me and which i would have listened many many times, and keep listening.
may be if you like to start/follow, you can follow those red bolds first then the rest of the contents, and in mean middle times watch the playlist movies, just a small suggestion.

my very favourite content thiruppavai ... loads and loads of thattuvam and practices and habits to learn in those short verses... every year listening to the upanyasams... its not necessary to listen only at maargali month, but at any time as well... fantastic thing

most affected and favourite upanyasagars (till now) to whom i know, heard them.
* variyar swami - without him, i would not have started hearing tamil audios, and the great suvai of tamil and way to listen it
* kinchit velukkudi krishnan swami - we just want to listen him peacefully without disturbed environment, to understand him by heart and his speed. once we the rhythm is set, unbeatable contents will enter us and makes to fall on towards perumal and thaayar.
* sugi sivam - very casual and down to earth slang. who delivers lots of contents, in practical slang.
* dushyant sridhar - most of his content in his youtube channel, wow nicely korvai , garlanded... typical IT guy slang, so could reach the attraction to reach my kind of people...
* MV Anantha padmanaba achariyar swami
* Nadadoor VS karunakarachariyar swami - currently inline. just started much of their contents... very liberal and very attactive swamis - who tells complex contens in more simpler manner with local slang and lots of jokes.
* mukoor lakshmi narasimhachariyar swami - only few discourses, but the massive 'kurai ondrum illai' book series.. wow made me devoted towards perumal and more of srivaishanava and lots of habits and practices for living
* sengalipuram Anantharama dikshithar - the famous devi bagavatham and few more albums... great fellow, even in the middle have the sanskrit slokas sung in his lectures, i thought its a disturbance or missing the flow of hearing.... but after a while, understood its the only chance and great punya to listen those slokas sung correctly by the vedics and getting the meanings in flow.
